From California, listed at 6-4, 205. Played about 65 minutes this year as a frosh and took eleven shots. He did make nine turnovers and had eleven fouls though.

This is a bit of a head scratcher to me. Not the position I would have expected they’d recruit for in this class. Certainly didn’t show much this year at Marquette. As a recruit he was rated in the same area as Franklin and I. Johnson. I do like that it looks like he has 4 years of eligibility left. Anybody remember anything about him coming out of HS?

Could just be a roster filler or a project type guy to take a flier on. I expected a scoring wing or more of a true PG to spell Gianni, but I don't necessarily think this is a bad get. There's enough depth on the roster that this last scholarship didn't HAVE to be an immediate impact guy and we could afford to take on a prospect. I say this without seeing any film or having any knowledge of the player at all though.

I don’t have a problem with the signing, especially since I believe he has 4 years of eligibility left. Just would have preferred a wing or PG. But we’ll see what happens.

I think Davis will play some PG

Played for Joe Mantegna. Hopefully he picked up some acting tips along the way.
