By Joe Freeman | The Oregonian/OregonLive
The Oregon State Beavers’ up-and-down 11-game trip through Southern California1 has pushed them down in the rankings.
The Beavers, once ranked in all six major college baseball polls, are now only recognized by one as they enter the final week of the regular season.
Oregon State is ranked No. 22 in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Top 30, but has tumbled outside of the D1.baseball.com Top 25, USA Today Coaches Poll, Baseball America Top 25, Collegiate Baseball Top 30 and Perfect Game Top 25.

Well.....it will be an 11 game trip ending with Southern Cal (in Corvallis). LOL
And maybe he meant "enter the final MONTH of the regular season."
Sheeesh! Not much proof reading anymore.

With almost all of the OregonLive writers, it is nearly impossible to read one of their articles without finding a factual error, a grammatical error, or a word or two left out in the middle of the sentence. Pride in one's work seems to be a forgotten virtue.

The medium is dying and has to figure out what’s next. Without revenue, they can’t keep writers on staff like 30 or 40 years ago. Writers probably have to keep a side gig to make a living. Quality doesn’t matter. Clicks matter
