Serious question: is there a guy or two that the rest of the team looks up to? Is there a leader? I get a sense it might be missing. Armstrong

Boyd PH for Meckler... interesting. My kingdom for a real hitter, please, give me someone that can hit a line drive and not an upper cut pop fly!!!

Preston needs to be benched. He's a 5th-year senior, isn't doing a damned thing and isn't going to get any better. Time for somebody who has a future in the program to get more playing time.
We've pitched brilliantly in this series except for one bad inning by a 5th-year All-American. No excuses for his performance last night. It's almost as if we need a complete turnover from the PC era, since he essentially left us with very little once Adley left. Other than Melton, we have no veteran position players who project beyond Rookie or low-A ball.

Sucks that hjerpes great outing is marred by the wild pitch that's the difference in the game

He certainly is frustrating.

I have no idea why he isn't trying to bunt every AB

I have to keep reminding myself, this is Canhams first PAC season, second non-conf but first PAC.
We consistently beat non-conf due to talent alone. Now he is seeing who can and can’t compete against the big boys.
