Would have seen him twice last year, but to be honest I don’t remember much about him from either game. He does have one scary stat from last year — 31.3% from the line. Granted only about 30 attempts, but man that is bad.

Hit 62% from the line as a frosh. If you watch his film,he has a nice stroke. Haven’t bothered to watch film, but all his shooting stats fir both years are mediocre at best. He was a top 150 recruit coming out of high school, but can only find an offer from MN and a visit to Pepperdine. That seems a bit strange for that level of a recruit. But certainly doesn’t seem a stretch to be at OSU, so we’ll see. Hopefully he continues to develop and becomes a key contributor. |

Averaged 12 ppg his last 9 at Minnesota. His FT % was poor,but he isn't Shaq. He has nice form on his shots,and I'm sure with practice,could be a 70% plus guy on the season.

Just noticed his teammate at MN just entered portal — 6-8, 220, Brandon Johnson. This guy I do remember — active/effort guy who gets his points within flow of game and solid on the boards. Would be a nice add, but not sure if really a need for Beavs. If he had more than the one year of eligibility he would be more interesting. Definitely a solid piece to a team though.
