Far from sucking, but equally far from his pre-surgery form. For walking 6, I’d say only giving up 1 run is pretty good. Sure, but he WALKED 6.....that catches up to you one way or another. We got lucky, but it hasn't played out like that at times this season |

Abels problem is he expects to pitch like Omaha Abel, not “anywhere but Omaha” Abel.
For most of his career he has been an inconsistent pitcher with absolutely filthy stuff.
