Bottom of the ninth for the Lions Strikeout, one away Strikeout, two away Strikeout
Beavers win 8-2
I'll be away from the computer tomorrow.

That LMU catcher blocks balls in the dirt well Interesting, a Christian school nicknamed the Lions, need a lineup of Daniels coming to the plate - their LetOB has killed them tonight, but the Beavs have had the whacks too.

Sorry the bone had to cut out for two innings, but the bone is back, Go Beavs! Viagra? Let’s hope this doesn’t go over 4 hours.

A look at the LetOnBase situation in tonight's game (pretty darn good, I think):
1 Error, 2 BB, 0 WP, 0 HBP, 0 passed balls, 0 balks, 0 stolen bases against.
Five of the 9 innings the Lions sent only 3 batters to the plate.
15 strikeouts by Beaver pitchers.
btw, the nearly meaningless LOB stat was: Beavs stranded 13....Lions stranded 7.

Eventually, as the Californians killed off all of the native mountain lions (as is tradition in California), Loyola made a live African Lion its mascot, which confused the matter.
