The one thing that stands out to looking at baseball America rankings is the Beavs are 1-5 against top 25 ranked teams basically the only team we have played has been the Ucks. We need that win-loss ratio to head the opposite direction if we have any hope of hosting

I think they'll be ranked fairly high too, as I think go into eugene and take that series.

The three games with #49 RPI UC Irvine will be very important.

We need that win-loss ratio to head the opposite direction if we have any hope of hosting I don't think we host even if we were to go undefeated the rest of the way. First, applications to host had to be in a week ago, not even sure we applied. Second, the naming of host sites will be done the first week in May. Look for those host sites to be in locations that have been friendly to allowing fan attendance at games.

NCAA is going look at the sites where they can bring in the most money and it's not in areas only allowing 15-25% capacity.

Right now, Arizona, Stanford and Oregon should be hosts. Arizona just removed all public mask restrictions. Stanford is private. The game at Petco was packed on Sunday. If the count is right, there could be a ton of people at Sunken Diamond. Oregon has a lower count than Oregon State. I could see them all hosting. Oregon State's resume is not host-worthy currently. We have to fix that side of it before we start worrying about the attendance side.

But rooting against Oregon is rooting against Oregon State at this point, cutting off your nose to spite your face.

They also have nothing to do with Petco. I wonder if they even put in a bid.
