Out shot 17-7, but OSU lead the ones on goal, 5-3. OSU lead in the fouls department 14-10, and had six players booked. Settle down boys. Also Roman Gabriel started in net for the Beavs. Congratulations on getting the win. And what a huge difference it is when Sofiane Djeffal is on the pitch. Really missed him the last few weeks. While this is great news, it may not be enough for the tournament. NCAA announces the men's tournament will be 36 teams, instead of the usual 48. And with this win, RPI is at 43. The final match at San Diego State will only hurt the RPI as their currently rated at 134. Too bad, this team really looked like they had something early on.

Gabriel was a great keeper at CHS. Good on him And yes, having Sofiane back is game-changing. Hopefully we can still get an at-large berth. We have some quality wins and three Pac-12 entrants would not be a stretch.
And screw the NCAA for eliminating 1/4 of the customary tournament field.

Quality wins, but that loss to UCLA hurts, as does Portland's and Gonzaga's combined 1-10-3 record.

Considering how much everyone went nuts over the disparity in weightlifting gear between the men’s and women’s basketball tournaments this disparity seems if anything even less equitable

Then why were the fields the same to begin with?
