Does anyone know if a player can return to college if they don’t get drafted?

They definitely cannot declare for the draft, then go back to play in college if they don’t get drafted, even if the do not hire an agent. If the have declared, I believe they can remove themselves from the draft up until April 10 and retain their college eligibility.
