That is a doozy... and while I do not completely know the ins and outs of everything, I would say on the surface it is a good sign.
It means that something in life are more important than football. It means some schools will do what it takes to right a wrong, even if it means imploding their cash cow football team that is historically good.
Edit: or just as likely it means poo is hitting the fan and they are rapidly in damage control mode... yeah. actually that is probably far more likely. I suspect the flood of lawsuits are incoming as well.
