Question for Chin (or any other poster): Is Garrett Forrester a walk-on? I don't see his signing on the 2020 list? I know that Chin has great coverage of the classes, but I think Donkey is a walk-on and his brother is the scholarship guy(2021). Totally wrong?

Garrett Forrester was noit part of the "official" class which usually means walk-on with an opportunity to earn a scholarship when one becomes available.
Younger brother Brandon Forrester will be a scholarship player with the class of 2022. Different body type, leaner and smaller, faster but advanced skillks at shortstop and with the bat - like his Dad. Higher rankings than Garrett with all of the baseball sites. That thought will let you sleep at night won't it?

I am just glad that the coaches are open enough to make required changes, to the lineup, in order to get the bats going. The old axiom is
that hitting is contagious ! Seems this type of 'motivation' has brought out the best in the guys on the field as well as those on the bench looking for their opportunities !
Hope that we can keep up the momentum as the pitching is now getting the support they need .
Would love to see this weekend as a sweep so we are a confident bunch for the next series !
