Happened to be watching the *uck UA game. UA had bases loaded and cleared them on an inside the park grand slam. Actually a triple to centerfield that rolled to the wall over the shallow playing *uck CF and then an E8 on a horrible overthrow to third by CF. LOLOL.

The Ober slump busting. Strange. He has hit well the last 2 games, but before this, he did not have strong swings. Ober does not strike me as a grinder, but even prior to the good swings, he had 4 games of plus .500 OBP. Now approaching.600. That is just outstanding.

On another note, the preseason analysis by the experts had Washington ranked higher than OSU. Either 3rd or 4th. Good series road win. Need the sweep tomorrow. Go Beavers.

At any rate, Beavs are #21 in D-1.
Saturday losses by 15, 17, 19, 23 (and soon to be a BIG loss by #16 tsdtr....down 1-11 in the 7th). Sweep tomorrow and it's move-up time.
