Against huskies. Kinda running out of gas too many mismatches for Iowa. Great season for them. Wish we would have gotten Clark.

Overmatched. 3's kept them within shouting distance most of the game, but they faded late. Neither Bueckers or Clark played as well as they are capable of, but a bunch of other Huskies stepped up.

Michigan gave Baylor all they could handle, lost by 3 in OT. Indiana just took out #1 seed NC State. Big 10 teams showing very well in the Tourney.
NC State wins a lot of games in the regular season, but just can't seem to make deep runs in the Tourney.

Aari is ballin' for Arizona. She has 19, Cats up 3 at the half against Texas A&M. She's gonna need some help in the 2nd half though, nobody else doing anything.

Well, when Aleah referred to her teammates in a tv interview after the FSU win, she called them "girls". So, there is that!

Old school word use I guess....but the issue was made obvious over 50 years ago. I was a Manager in a previous lifetime and well aware of many of the sexist words being used which were/are inappropriate. Oddly, a couple female employees (both in their 30s at the time) told me it didn't bother them being called a girl...they actually liked it because it made them feel younger. I also had a female Assistant Manager (also in her 30s) who told me that the previous Manager had visted when I happened to be on a trip. She saw him enter the office and went to greet him, thinking he might be a client. He said hello and immediately asked her if she was the "office girl". Needless to say, when I got back to the office, she told me about the incident and WAS SHE PISSED!! Can't blame her. In case a few folks still don't know, for basketball (and all sports), high school age players are girls and boys, but college age players are women and men. |

Staying out of the girls/women/ladies argument and the WNBA/NBA argument, in a year in which the Beavs at least got the attention of some top recruits (Van Lith, Bueckers, Clark, etc), Clark and Goforth were the two I wanted the most. I'm not sure how Clark would of fit in with the Beavs, but I would have liked to find out.

Clark would be a really good player anywhere, but I can't see her having the same kind of impact at OSU as she has had at Iowa. She's got the ultimate green light. I can't imagine Rueck letting a player operate like she does. |

Anyone else see a bit of Sabrina in Clark? Definitely. Similar size, even the way she carries herself. I think Clark is quicker. Sabrina was never a scorer like Caitlin. She had some 25 or 30 point games for sure, but it wasn't every game, like Clark. |
