Georgia had some similarities to South Carolina. Poor three point shooting, quick guards, but their post player is not as good as Boston.
Prince was really good. Georgia had no answer for the Prince/Sabally duo. Hopefully we’re able to avoid a one-seed before the Sweet Sixteen next season.
Hard to see them not advancing to the Elite 8.

Personally I'm glad that Oregon is still representin' in the tournament. Especially since we splatted them twice.
Oh, and that amazing freshman class that some said would be able to beat the Beav's all by themselves? Yeah, they didn't score a single point.

Like usual, SEC teams were grossly overrated all year. Beavs had the misfortune of facing the one that doesn't totally suck.
On the opposite side of things, Big 10 teams apparently grossly underrated.

For all of Campbell's recruiting prowess, three of their five starters today were transfers, and another one was the sister of a former player. I know there is some recruiting involved in transfers and legacies, but ...
I can see why Miksell left Maryland. They are stacked.

Welp, there you go. The season took some twists and turns for both programs, but in the end it looks like things turned out as expected.

Imo,S.Carolina is far superior to Georgia. That team couldn't make a shot and wasn't as tenacious on defense as S. Carolina was. It helped too that we couldn't hit the few open looks we had. Saw Louisville last night too. They are a step down from S.Carolina.
