I know Oregon state no longer has swimming but does anyone know why the Pac-12 swimming and diving championships we’re held in Houston Texas this year?

They are usually in Federal Way, Wash. My guess is no suitable aquatic center was available in Washington, Oregon or in California, because of Covid restrictions. Texas is wide-open.
