Every win over the ducks is a great win. Can't stand that smug Campbell...my ex neighbor. Scott has to be quietly thrilled to beat him after he bailed on Scott. Kind of like when Alex Rodriguez left the Mariners for the Yankees (and the money). Coach may be quietly thrilled. I'll be openly thrilled for him.

Now that was a great win. And before the Duck fans start whining that they didn't have PaoPao, we'll remind them we didn't have Kennedy Brown. Have to say I loved Rueck placing Mack in the middle where she could decide (quickly) where the next pass would go. Got us a lot of open 3's with her great decision making. I was also impressed with Taya's and Mack's defense against Prince and Sabally when they were our front court. Some the foul calls today were mind boggling. Beavers kept their cool and brushed it off, and, played big. If this doesn't get us in the NCAA Tournament, what will? How many quality road wins have the Beavs had in this streak? Colorado, Utah, USC, UCLA, Oregon. That is quality. Maybe we should not just be a lock for the NCAA, but a much higher seed than #11. Every "neutral" and Duck-sided news report I can find mentions how Paopao could not play due to an injury. Furthermore, they are not shy to remind the reader how well she did the first time OSU and Oregon played. The implication being her absence was BIG. Funny thing is, they never mention anything about OSU missing Kennedy Brown. "Strange" how that works. example: goducks.com/news/2021/2/28/womens-basketball-senior-day-caps-regular-season.aspx

Box score with only 2 blocks for Taylor Jones, she seemed to have a few more than that to me.

Ducks missed PaoPao for sure. Sedona Prince would not had the game she had if Taylor and Kennedy were on the floor.

I just don't understand how , win or lose - the Zebras like to help the ducks ! I’m not sure that this game supports that assertion. OSU shot 24 free throws to üö’s 13. Ucks had to foul towards the end, and getting fouled on 2 three point shots helped us out.

Great win. Always is when you beat the Ducks.
I hope that Taylor learns how to stay out of foul trouble. It’s freaking stressful.

The Beavs end up in 5th place. Had you ask me before the season, I would have hoped for better, but would have expected to end up around 5th. It was the way the Beavs got here that was surprising. It looked impossible for a while. Nice strong finish that leaves us all hoping for a strong post season and 2021/2022 season.

Looking ahead, I think most would agree Stanford is the choice to win the conference next year. But 2 through 5 is a bit of a tossup. I think we're clearly better than Arizona next year, and also stronger than UCLA. Either we or Oregon finishes second, the other one third, and he weekend trip to Oregon becomes every coach's nightmare again.
