This my personal view. It is not intended to be definitive. I welcome other viewpoints.
1. Katie McWilliams - Salem
2015-19. All Pac-12 HM 2018. All Pac-12 Defensive HM 2018, 2019.
2. Deven Hunter - Keizer.
2012-16. While no individual All Pac-12 honors, an essential starter for 3-straight Pac-12 regular season champion teams, 1 Pac-12 tournament champion team and the 2016 Final Four team that finished #2 in the final national polls. A tough, athletic competitor and leader.
3. Aleah Goodman - Milwaukie
2017-. All Pac-12 HM 2019, All Pac-12 Defensive HM 2020. Pac-12 6th Player Award 2019.
4. Alyssa Martin - Portland.
2010-14.
5. Earlyssa Marchbanks - Salem
2010-12. All Pac-12 2012. Despite playing at OSU only 2 seasons, the only player on this list to earn first team All-Pac 10/12.
Other in-state players in the Scott Rueck era:
Samantha Siegner - Albany. 2012-16
Katie Schrock - Corvallis. 2010-13
Mollee Schweigler - Rainer. 2010-13
Jenna Dixon - Portland. 2010-12

I'd put Hunter and Goodman both ahead of McWilliams. With Tudor's injury that season, the Beavs REALLY needed McWilliams to be a consistent scorer her Sr. season and she didn't do it. She had a great stretch at the end of her Jr. year, but the rest of her career I kept waiting for her to do more, and it never happened.

Don't forget Carole Menken-Schaudt from Jefferson, Oregon who also won a Olympic Gold Medal.

I think Goodman is going to finish ahead of McWilliams in just about every stat, except wins. McWilliams is one of the winningest players in OSU history. Maybe the top, but she had more talent around her..

I really appreciated the toughness that Hunter brought to her teams. I do believe that she was on two PAC-12 regular season title teams rather than three. Wiese was on all three, including the most recent one in 2016-2017 after Hunter had graduated. |

Sydney, Gabby and Kolbie graduated together in ‘17 with 3-straight conference championships. |
