Let's wait for the legal system to judge him guilt or innocent before we pass judgement...just a thought In Washington state, if you refuse the test your license will be suspended for one year and that evidence of your refusal can be used in court. Even without a prior DUI offense, a DUI-refusal conviction carries with it a 2-year license suspension. Washington is an implied consent state. So while he might not be convicted of DUII, he is guilty of refusing to take a DUII test and has forfeited his driving privileges for a year at least. |
