I am so tired of watching the duck girls play all the time. There must be a conspiracy going on. Then again, our men keep playing and theirs don't.

I wonder if any of these cases are even symptomatic. This age level is not known to be vulnerable. Plus there are plenty of evidence of these tests producing false positives. Plus yesterday it was discussed by government health officials on live Mic that the deat1h rates are now at the same levels as the common flu virus. Im like the churches on this one except for the vornerable group ages, like the flu, we need to not have there lives controlled by this.if kids are getting symptoms with there testing there really nothing there but fear monggering. One mans opinion. So, they may be asymptomatic, but they can pass it on to those who are at risk. Additionally, whether asymptomatic or a mild case, they can experience damage to critical symptoms without knowing it. One man's facts.

To me if players keep testing positive something doesnt make sense. Say if ten are tested positive the first time then only test the five left next time. My daughter had it full blown got over it and her medical staff told her for at least three months their immunity won't let them catch it. So we should only have one shutdown the first one if it involved most of the team. The players that went from positive back to negative need not be tested for at least three months. They are playing already in an isolated environment when they go to play the other team.they are most likely getting it else where. You shouldn't be test positive twice? Something isn't right their if your immunity is producing antibodies. Oh well.

Something isn't right their if your immunity is producing antibodies. Oh well. Firstly, the immunity from an infection dissipates over time. Reinfections are possible. Secondly, with the three new variants, especially the Brazilian one, reinfection is likely. In Brazil, the city of Manaus experienced a 76% immunity citywide. With their new variant a hell of a lot "immune" are getting sick and dying. This was the result of "it's a hoax." The more an unstable virus spreads the greater number of mutations occur. Again, just one man's facts.

Something isn't right their if your immunity is producing antibodies. Oh well. Let's say even if 10 did test positive the first time (We don't know how many did). You still have 10 more in the program that could test positive. Plus the practice players. Any positive test knocks the whole team out because of contact tracing. There is nothing in the Pac-12 rules that state previously positive players are immune to contact tracing. You could make an argument that an adjustment should be made there, but there is nothing in the regulations for that. Heck, they just added a new player that was just added to the team after the original outbreak, so there are plenty of folks who could have been the positive case without the players who tested positive. Don't go searching for a complex solution when there are really simple solutions.

I wouldn't assume that it is one of the players. I think we will probably figure that out based on how long they are on pause and who is on the bench when they come back. Probably not worth speculating.

Correct me if I’m wrong but:
To be eligible for NCAA Tournament participation a team needs 13 NCAA Division 1 games. We have 10 so far as I think Montana-Western is NAIA.
We have 5 games left to play unless some of the postponed games get added to our schedule. So we need to win 3 out of 5 against Stanford, Cal, USC, UCLA, and Oregon. If a team only has 12 games, they can ask for a waiver that would let them count one of their Conference Championship games to make 13. And a team does not to have a plus .500 record.
But wouldn’t it be grand in this crazy season to be in the Tournament.

It was a long shot for us to get into the ncaa tournament and now this latest shutdown eliminated any chance if you ask me.

The only potential positive I can see from this insane covid-inflicted season is that Aleah will feel cheated, and come back next season. Maybe our Patriot Player of the Year will come back for another go at it? I think the BEAVS would be a PAC-12 contender if we get a healthy Kennedy Brown back next season along with Aleah.

I really hope Aleah comes back, and I think she will. I'd like to see what she can to with the team if they were able to run their own practices and workouts over the summer. Rueck says she is a coach.

Rueck says she is a coach. Can she come back? I think she already graduated (?) Not sure how the Covid gimmie year impacts her status assuming she already graduated? Second year masters? Do all players get a gimmie or just seniors? Is TVO burning a year or is this a gimmie for her? Everybody gets a gimme, this year basically doesn't count. Not sure how it effects grad transfers, but most grad programs are probably 2 years aren't they?
