The Beavers next face Colorado on Friday January 29 at 5 pm PST in Boulder. Like its previous 2 games, there is no live TV for the game, only live streaming. [Instead of showing OSU, the Pac-12 Network live TV coverage for Jan 29 is Oregon at Utah (2 pm), Arizona at USC (4 pm) and Arizona State at UCLA (6 pm).]
The Buffalo's leading scorer (16.3 ppg) and rebounder (9.3 rpg) is Mya Hollingshed (6'3"). She is tall, athletic and can be a load. Their leading 3 point shooter is Frida Foremann (5'11") with 36.4 % made (out of 77 attempts). The question is, which Colorado team will show up? The team that lost badly at OSU on December 6th (70-53) or the team that upset Stanford 77-72 in overtime on January 17? Will OSU continue its hot shooting for a second game in row? Will Talia continue to show her much needed PG skills? What about offensive rebounding and turnovers, OSU's 2 worst categories?

So Oregon plays at 2pm and OSU at 5pm so why can’t it be televised? Is there men’s b-ball scheduled or volleyball? Anyone know? That is nuts if true.

Bias against OSU rearing its ugly head? Pac-12 Mountain and Pac-12 Oregon are only showing the Oregon vs. Utah WBB game live on tv. Apparently reruns of other things make more money (ie. have more viewers) than a live game between OSU and Colorado. Here is the Pac-12 Oregon and Mtn tv schedules for Jan. 29: pac-12.com/tv-listings/pac-12-oregon (will show UCLA at Oregon live volleyball at 6 pm) pac-12.com/tv-listings/pac-12-mountain (only showing reruns of other things within the 5 to 7pm time frame)

Winning games will take care of this popularity contest.

I'm sure many of you know this already, but Pac-12's Larry Scott is on his way out, just 5 months to go. Maybe some improvement of Pac-12 Network programming could be on the way. I hope.
On the live stream - you know my sentiment - Ron Callan and lack of Pac-12 blah blah blah.
I really hope the team from last night shows up vs. either version of the Colorado team. GO BEAVS.

One thing to keep in mind about what "version" of Colorado shows up. For whatever reason, Colorado is a weird matchup for Stanford. Last year that lost in Overtime at Stanford, and Stanford beat them in Colorado on a shot that was very similar to Aleah's at the end of the first half yesterday. I'm not sure why Stanford has so much trouble with them, but they certainly seem like a rough matchup for the Cardinal.

Colorado's PG Sherrod missed their last game. I don't know anything about her injury or if she is expected back immediately.

BREAKING: tsdtr WBB team on COVID shutdown. Maybe now PAC-12 network will show some other teams (or possibly re-runs of last years games staring the Queen).
Matt Templeman KEZI 9am breaking: The @oregonwbb program has paused all team-related activities due to COVID-19 protocols. Games tonight at Utah and Sunday at Colorado have been postponed.

One absolute certainty is that Colorado will pressure the OSU PG no matter which PG is playing. UW did the Beavers a great favor by backing off. We will know a whole lot more after today on TVO.

I don't think this is good news for OSU, now all their upcoming opponents can spend 100% of their practice time devoted to preparing to play the Beavs.

Which Pac-12 teams have not been shutdown?
Both Arizona schools have. Both Washington schools have. Both Oregon schools have. Utah, Cal, and USC have.
I don’t believe Stanford or UCLA have, and I think Colorado canceled one game out of precaution.

I don't think I have even thought of her once since the WNBA draft, seriously. The mention of the "Queen" above brought back an old image of her.
