UA & WSU is a great battle, announcer last week mentioned "Cate Reese falls down a lot", no kidding , again today, took out a team mate, gave up a break away basket because of it.

This “crappy WSU team” (as they were called after we lost to them) just took down #7 Arizona. And moved all alone into 2nd place. Should've beaten Oregon as well. I'm not sure how they're doing it, but they keep winning games. Just gritty and scrappy. |

Oregon is destroying Cal. Bears are just unbelievably bad. I don't know if there's been a worse team in the Pac...ever. Beavs missed a chance to beat Cal handily and get thumped by Stanford this weekend.
UCLA up by 20 nearing the end of Q3.
USC-Colorado has been moved to Monday.
The divide between the top half and the bottom half of the conference is massive this year. I thought there would be more of a middle of the pack, but it's basically 2 disparate groups.

UCLA 92-67 over Utah Oregon 100-41 over Cal Eugene college women's team is 1-2 vs. ranked teams. Their ONE victory vs. a ranked team was Dec. 13 vs. OSU WBB. Think about that for a moment. |

Arkansas matches OSU’s 1-3 conference record after Slocum gets scored on for this (very tough) game winner: http://instagram.com/p/CJ4jV0QhsFF Oregon had an impressive six players score in double figures en route to dominating Cal. Scoring 100 points and the leading scorer having 13 is impressive. Cal remains one of two winless P5 teams. Dalayah Daniels was just 3-15. Would have liked to see her in orange and black. That Utah loss continues to look worse day by day. Cal and Washington are pretty much the only two teams I’d be confident in beating this year unless we turn it around after this long off period. |
