Today on the Pac-12 network:
2pm: Cal at ASU (going to keep one eye on this game as Cal could potentially be our next opponent) 4pm: Stanford at Arizona (with fans in the stands, I would give UA a shot. I still might) 6pm: USC at Oregon
***UPDATE: Cal at ASU has been delayed "due to COVID-19 related protocols" says the ticker on the telly. That could affect next Friday's match-up with us.

Utah dropped to 0-4 in conference games since their win against OSU. Lost at home to WSU 79-74. Made a late run but too little too late.
Washington up by 5 at halftime at Colorado. Nearly 30 combined TOs and neither team can hit anything behind the arc, really ugly game.

Colorado-Washington is one of the worst games I've ever seen. Buffs pulled away late to win 60-50. Both teams combined for 43 TOs and 5-40 3 point shooting. Absolutely atrocious.

Stanford is killing Arizona 36 to 17 late in first half. They look legit.

Dang, 44-20 Stanford at the half. I've seen them several times where they have it in cruise control and just kinda muddling about, beating teams handily because of the talent difference. When they are actually firing on all cylinders and playing well, they are scary good.

All they have to do is "flex" their defense and they're extremely hard to stop. I think Kianna Williams is one of the best defenders in the NCAA. So deep with so many weapons.

They are so deep too. They have nine players averaging 10+ minutes a game.

So, yeah, ucks beat USC by 23, but, USC played them even in the 2nd half, yeah yeah, I know , subs in a lot 2nd half, uck starters averaged around 30 mins. Curious to see them play a really strong team which hopefully might be us in a few weeks.
I was hoping Arizona might challenge Stanford, give us a good game to watch while we wait, didn't happen.
WSU, Utah, Colorado, all better than expected preseason in my opinion.
