OLCC enforcement agents at Friday's UO/OSU Football Game reported a record number of citations. 238 minor fans were cited for being nonresponsive to agent requests, failure to produce ID and/or inability to pass field sobriety tests, necessitating forcible removal from the stadium. They were held on-site at a secure location and later released on their own recognizance.
