Passes at age 78. A literal and figurative giant in NCAA basketball. Also a 2X NBA Champion with the Celtics in 1965 and 1966. The only 2 seasons he played in the NBA. Not bad. Was teammates with Mel Counts on the '66 Celtics. John Thompson NBA Career Stats. |
