He's just making it look too easy up there at the plate - an Ichiro approach, almost like city league softball, can aim wherever he wants to with a controlled swing. They are trying to pitch him up, away, inside, down, and he doesn't seem to have too many holes in his swing. Of course we all knew this, but against the best pitching when he knows that the ball is usually going to be around the plate, he's going to hit better.

He’s a great bad pitch hitter, just flicks pitches into the outfield that other players couldn’t even get a bat on

Madigral getting 3 of the teams 8 hits is pretty impressive stat. Hope he keeps his mojo going

His steal was classic Nick. He caught the pitcher and the middle infielders not paying attention and took second while the pitcher was holding the ball on the mound. Great heads up play and a great way to get a fastball in the ribs next time at bat
