I didn’t ask for your welcome. Hey civiltiger, What does the LSU think of old Pac 12 coach Mike Leach? Any thoughts?

I didn’t ask for your welcome. Hey civiltiger, What does the LSU think of old Pac 12 coach Mike Leach? Any thoughts? "The LSU"? I think he definitely had his team more prepared to play football. One thing you can't overlook in that game is that every cornerback on the field for LSU was essentially playing their first game action at LSU. Ricks looked good but made a few true freshman errors that really hurt. Evans (transfer from Nicholls State) looked really out of place on the field. Ward has been hurt for the last two weeks and missed every practice leading up to the game. Early in the game Mitchell #5 was making big plays on Evans. Ricks was put on Mitchell and other WR started making big plays. I usually stay away from saying that one player would of made a difference, but i would of liked to see Stingley play Saturday knowing how the game went now.

By the way, originally, I wrote "the SEC" but I changed it to LSU in the end. Left the article in there. Whoops.
I do like how the Pirate gets to mess with the SEC for awhile. I hope he has a lot of success down there. At least, he'll force you to adapt once a year.

that will remain to be seen. I certainly wouldn't take this game as the new normal for Miss. St. To quote Lou Holtz, "You're never as good as everyone tells you when you win, and you're never as bad as they say when you lose".

That must be why it’s one of the most viewed threads on this forum.
