“Blind spot?”

I’m not attempting a political discussion here. This is ahelluvalot MORE than politics. Just one question; How can a coach at a BIG program like Iowa, have a “blind spot” concerning issues related to black players when MOST of his players are black? Glove, if this breaches the “no politics” edict, ok. The disconnect this represents just stuns me, though.
