Thanks Mancarl for the info. I wonder what they base it off of? General rep? Katie is the one that I see wandering around seeing players and keeping up with them. But the SR crew tends to be very close mouthed about what they are up to.

But the SR crew tends to be very close mouthed about what they are up to. Would tend to agree with beaveragain. OSU's top recruiting prizes in recent memory tend to have credited Katie as the key OSU assistant coach that they developed their closest connection to during the recruitment process. All three assistants are well spoken and represent OSU very well, but Katie deserves major props for how she manages to promote the program and obtain verbal commitments from highly-ranked recruits. When Katie leaves to assume more responsibility with another program, OSU will be hard pressed to find a more effective recruiter and positive presence for the players.

My thinking is - It's great that Brian Holsinger is getting major props and rankings. He clearly is well thought of by at least one Twitter site garnering views and discussion from at least 10 teams (and a bunch of also-rans). Katie is certainly an amazing relationship builder and has been attributed as helping "seal the deal" in a number of recent big recruiting wins.
So either Brian is getting the props here for Katie's work (and Katie can stay on the down-low a little longer), OR we have an embarrassment of riches by way of recruiting talent, and that is a great place to be as well. Win-win.
Go Beavers!
