Now is a good time to form a union, and I am glad that "instructors and graduate assistants" that do so much of the teaching will not be treated like second class citizens.

Union activism has always swung on a pendulum. It is starting to swing back. BTW, if you have a 40 hour week and get OT, have a health plan, have a retirement or 401-k, thank unions.
