Between 140-150 feet up from 73. Can get out of bed into her chair without a slide board, just use her walker. Plus today, she actually sounded happy and excited. Tomorrow, I get to go be a peeping Tom and look through the window to watch her go.

Amazing job, Mrs. Sage! You are doing a fantastic job. I am so glad we have a Beaver to cheer for.
Gotta admit, when I read your thread title, and then the thread, I punched both fists straight up in the air and said YES!! really loud.

You shouldn't be surprised, Brother. Who do you think kept your ass in gear all these years?

She's been up a couple times to 400 feet. Still only 50% on right leg. Uses her walker like crutches for that. Couple more weeks to check out bone growth. She got to walk outside today so I need to take her sunglasses tomorrow morning when I pick up her laundry. I am officially known at the facility as laundry boy. Last time I picked up her laundry she met me at the front door. Unfortunately, there was a staff member there who was a hard ass so we didn't get the hug and kiss. Not that I blame them. The bug gets started in a place like that, it is all over the place.

So, she's going from the back of one end zone down the length of the football field through the other end zone, and heading toward the parking lot, right? Way to increase your miles, Mrs. Sage! You are doing awesomely. Did it make you smile to feel the sunshine on your face today? That Vitamin D will help with the bone growth. Cheering for the osteoblasts to do their growing for bone growth and healing. You've got this, both Mrs. and Mr. Sagebrush.

Yay, Mrs. Sage! Awesome job.
Of course, now that means she can kick with the leg if you need a good swift kick to take care of your health....
