Laundry Boy shows up. Usually I have to get someone to go get it from her room. But, at pickup, there she was with the bag. So, I go into about 8-10 feet into the no go zone to get the laundry and we sneak in the affection. When I go to deliver the clean stuff, we had talked and then there she was again. Except this time we got caught. I see the nurse and say "uh-oh, we caught got." Nurse simply says, "busted." I could tell from her eyes and upper face, she was smiling. Friday, she has a doctor's appointment with the guy who worked on her leg. I will be there and we will probably molest each other. Thank you friends for caring and putting up with me.

Great to hear that you got to be that close to each other twice today. Glad that the nurse was smiling to see your public display of affection.
Good luck to our current favorite Beaver athlete at her doctor's appointment Friday. You've got this, Mrs. Sage! Keep up the rehab exercises.

She was bragging about how well she did in PT today. One legged stands. Hope her surgeon decides she can star putting weight on her broken leg. That would be huge.

Bones are healing. Doctor gave permission to put some weight on the leg, up to maybe 50%. Another appointment in a month. We'll see how PT goes. I got to see the x-rays, before and after. The break was terrible. Some of the bones is growing back but a ways to go. Rod goes from knee to hip. You can see where the stents are caused by damage to broken bones.

That's great news that she has permission to put some weight on the leg. Using it will speed healing since her PT won't let her overdo it. Now we need to cheer for bone growth, right?
