I read the other day that 8% of restaurants across the country have closed permanently. The number is thought to be low because it only counts the ones that have officially announced it.

the 25% capacity limit and early closing hours is going to send a lot more restaurants and bars over the edge. No restaurant or bar can be open and make money at short hours and 25% max capacity.
