Live close to a river? Just stay close enough to shore that you can stand up and walk. Try some physical therapy type rubber bands.

My routine is the same it has been prior to the virus. We walk 4.5 to 6 miles a day. I have free weights with all the racks and bars, but I only life every other day for about an hour. Then pile brush. Then drink beer. Damned groundhog day every day just like normal, but without the Beaver baseball and fishing trips as breaks.
This was all good and fine until some guy on Bull Mountain started texting me his times and distances for his daily walks. Now, my damned walks are no longer leisurely strolls through the desert.
