Another blow. HUGE event. Drew people from all over the area, state, and beyond. Another economic blow to Central Oregon and especially Sisters. Rodeo and quilt show. Pretty much destroys summer for them.

Have you heard anything about the rock shows in Prinville, Madras and Sisters?

Have you heard anything about the rock shows in Prinville, Madras and Sisters? Madras is cancelled. Prineville will have a decision next week. They will announce on their Facebook page. Sisters hasn't reported. |

I'll work out checking it out and reporting. I doubt very seriously that any event in Central Oregon is going to happen for at least a couple months. Central Oregon has peaked and going down for now. But the dumb asses on the rez at Warm Springs had a salmon fest. They started out with 2 early this week and now are at 4. Unfortunately, this will spread south, especially to Madras where the Warm Springs folks do most of their business.

More importantly,  , the Sisters Rodeo is off this year as well. A friend of my son's had planned his wedding at that event. Oh well.....................  |
