The midgets only showed up once in a while and they were considered a Premier event. There were four of them. Sometimes it was two one on one or there would be a tag team which was a well orchestrated circus. Those guys had it down to a science. Yeah, they were on the road a lot all over the place but they did quite well financially unlike some of the local area guys who sold crap at Tom Peterson's, sold cars at friendly Joe's, or some other place. Tony Borne had a nice real estate business in Pendleton, Haru Sasaki was a butcher at a Safeway, and Herb Freeman was a chiropractor in Salem.

Herb Freeman was my chiropractor in Keizer for a few years in the late 80s and early 90s. His son Michael shared a practice with him for a few years before going off on his own.
