Yeah, Stevie declared in both 2017 and 2018, but he withdrew his name both times. Are you sure about 2018? I thought you could only withdraw once and I know he declared in 2017. Couldn’t find anything about him declaring in 2018, though I didn’t look too hard. No, I am not. I thought that he had in 2018, but, checking back into it into sources I trust more, it does not look like he did. I believe that you are right about Stevie. They changed the rules in 2016. I know that you can withdraw at least twice. It has happened multiple times.

Maybe he feels the heat to show some post season results? I would hope he's feeling a lot of heat after six years and one tournament appearance.

Throw in the fact that the program is trending downward and will most likely be picked last in the conference pre-season predictions. The bar is set so low after the last 30 years that is not difficul to meet such low expectations.

Well, to be fair, nobody has more than one tourney appearance in the last TWO years😮. This season wasn’t over and OSU still had a shot, so you cannot really count the season result against the coach or team regardless of how frustrating it was.

It was a long shot, but I guess it was a shot. The point is this: We have not seen the kind of performance we would expect from a head coach in 6 years.
