California, Oregon and Washington governors have come together to start unlocking the doors on state lockdowns, going to hear more over the next week. It may not be everything, but at least it's the start of something.

No, please no. It is way too soon. There are way too many sick people and too many carriers to be out an about. And then release felons with no jobs, no assets, and they will do what they do best or inclined to do.
We will get through this. Patience, discipline, and above all, compassion. It is what we have always done and we will be well.

Patience and compassion are most definitely the priorities.

The elective surgeries, such as bladder cancer surgeries (elective???), radiation treatments, and many related procedures might be a place you start the normalization. St. Charles, without bailout money, will be hurting financially in very short order.

Patience and compassion are most definitely the priorities. Sounds like a perfect approach for ANY government: to move very slowly, deliberately and not too soon. Ha ha!
