I’ve always liked Haarms, though he kind of stagnated this year. Not sure if his role changed in the offense, but his shooting percentage went way down. I’d take him, but for those didn’t like KK’s game they likely won’t like Haarms’.

Well, there should not be anyone in 'Haarms Way' I gave you a "like" for that, then had to take it away - even Beavermobile would have groaned at that one. On second thought, he would have used it in every post he made for the next month in this chat room. Here's your like, and your sign.

Thanks for the semi thoughtful approach ! At least it got something . Would actually like to see this kid show up because it 'appears' that he will be better on O and may be able to pick up on the D and rebounding !

There's more of a chance of Lloyd Christmas getting a shot than we do landing Haarms. List of suitors:

Looks like a lot of others ( NOT including us )? See the value ! If you can believe that dudes tweet, Haarms stated 25+ schools have shown interest. Tweeter lists 18 of 25 schools. So there's a possibility we are on Haarms list but the tweeter left us off.

Top 50 transfers committed as of 4/10/20... ever fluid and are commits not signings at this point. There are (4) categories... Grads that are immediately eligible, Transfers that have sat and are immediately eligible, those eligible at the semester of 2020-2021 season, and those who have to sit a year pending an appeal otherwise. Sites like ESPN and 247, etc are constantly being updated... seems to be hundreds of players out there... no rating to 4*. List below.
Caveat to eligibility is that the NCAA will meet and vote on a "one-time transfer waiver".... discuss April 24th, vote May 20th is the idea right now. There are currently (April 10th) 746 Division I men's basketball players in the transfer portal, 181 of them classified as graduate transfers. That means many of the 565 other players have entered the portal with the expectation of sitting out part or all of the 2020-21 season, unless going they are going thru the appeal process. If a change is enacted that would allow first-time transfers to play immediately at their next school, and it's put into effect for next season, most of those 746 players would be able to play right away.
With all that is going on it seems to take a lot of admin work from the NCAA, no need to appeal except in very extreme cases. It'll be interesting if it is retroactive. "One-time", meaning from enactment? Or, if it is indeed a first transfer? Any any case, the list below already puts a school with recruiting issues (no matter what reason you may personally give), like OSU, at another disadvantage. The rich will get richer fast on the upper tier players. I guess in a way it'll play out like recruiting, best players typically will make their way to the top tier programs.
Current transfers committed:
Zona- Terrell Brown, Grad-RS Jr/PG... 6'1", 20.7/4.9/6.2, All WAC, rated #7 Grad James Akinjo, Eligible Jan '21, Soph/PG, 6'1", Big East FOY, 13.4/4.4, rated #1 semester eligible Jordan Brown, RS Fr, Already sat/immed. eligibility/PF... 6'11", from Nevada, rated #5 immed. eligible
Colorado- Jeriah Horne, Grad-RS Jr/F... 6'7", 11.1/5.2 56 made 3's, rated #18 Grad
Oregon- Eric Williams Jr., RS Soph, Already sat/immed. eligibility/F... 6'6", 205 pounds, F, 14.0/7.6, rated #8 immed. eligible Eugene Omoruyi, RS Jr, Already sat/immed. eligibility/SF... 6'7", 13.8/7.2, rated #11 immed. eligible
SC- Isaiah White, Grad-RS Jr/ F... 6-7, 14.5/8.4 39% on 3's, rated #23 Grad Chevez Goodwin, Grad- RS Jr/F... 6-9, 11.9/6.2, rated #24 Grad Tahj Eaddy, Grad-RS Jr/G... 6-2, 9.1/2.1, rated #29 Grad Josh Morgan, Trans 4/10/20 ?? eligibility, Fr/C... 6'11"... have not seen a rating
UCLA- Johnny Juzang, Sit one/SG... 6-6, Frosh from Kentucky top 30 signee, rated #5 sitting out
UW- Erik Stevenson, Sit one/SG... 6-3, Soph from Wichita State, rated #11 sitting out Nate Pryor, Jr, immediate/PG... 6'1", 18.9/5.3, not rating found J'Raan Brooks, RS Fr, Already sat/immed. eligibility/PF... 6'9", rated #33 immed. eligible
Couple the above info with the current recruiting ranking in the Pac12... OSU 11th (yep even behind WSU's one recruit, 247), 9th (Rivals counting JC commits). It could be a looong season unless the NCAA ruling steers some talent OSU's way. OSU is not as bad off as say, ASU. Losing (5) players including Remy Martin, although they do have a a high level signee and have high interest from a 5* and several other recruits/JCs. It seems 6-8 teams are dramatically improving themselves on paper. It'll be a while to see the final signings and how players turnout, but as of now it does not look good for OSU MBB.

Not part of the transfer conversation except from the point of view of playing time, but has anyone been keeping track of those leaving early for draft? I believe all 3 of Arizona’s star freshmen have declared as well as Stewart from Wash. Seems like I saw a USC player too.
