I'm eventually going to post a list, but ASU adds top-50 6-3 W Meg Newman from Indiana:
UW has landed three 2021 recruits in the last week or two.

UW has landed three 2021 recruits in the last week or two. One from Arizona, one from Colorado and one from Texas. Before this class it had appeared that California was about the only state Coach Wynn could get recruits from.

If you've watch recruiting the last couple weeks, you will find a high number of commitments. Under normal circumstances there are a lot of official visits after the championship game and through the month of May. The virus has changed the timeline on official visits, so it looks like some of the girls are going ahead and committing early. I may be wrong, but it seems that way.
I'll be curious to see when Greta gets her chance to have her official, and if there will be other recruits in the same weekend.

This thread isn't a perfect fit for this question... but it is close.
With the Ducks landing a guard transfer from Maryland in the last couple of days... what does their roster look like in the next couple of years? They have like 5 freshmen... and how many transfers??
Just curious how full (loaded) their roster might be.
GO BEAVS.

In simplest terms: they're stacked, they're loaded, they're deep in talent. In less simple terms: a lot of their talent is at guard, and even if they go with 3 guards they have more elite players than floor time for all of them....
Hence, most observers think they will have attrition through transfer...In theory, the best of the bunch stay, the 2nd best leave. Graves seems to be fine with that, and I have feeling his players pretty much know the deal when they sign on at Oregon.
Personally, if I was a coach in the Pac - I'd love to have his problem...An abundance of talent at just about every position..Elite players knocking on the door to get in.
Oregon, Stanford and OSU are filling up their rosters with national level talent....The Pac is going to be a powerhouse conference for some time to come.....I'd love to see the Beavs add one more elite player to their already impressive 2021 haul. GO BEAVS !!

The way Oregon's roster filled up, it's mind boggling they have what 7 or 8 five star talents? All just about top 30 or so? Is that how the Uconns have historically recruited during their periods of domination?
While it seems like they will eventually transfer, there are other schools in different sports that are also filled with talent (Stan WVolley, UCLA gymnastics, etc) where plenty of 5* recruits take scholarship and time cuts for the team. Wonder if that's the route of some of the girls are at UO are thinking. The player from Maryland might not even make starting five.

A few schools seem to recruit solely five-stars - UConn, Baylor, South Carolina, and Stanford are among others that consistently reel them in. UConn and Baylor generally keep small rosters, South Carolina’s is pretty small right now, and Stanford and Oregon’s is generally big. It would be shocking if no one transferred out of Oregon after next year, or maybe the next two years, for the sole reason that some players will find themselves so far back on the depth chart. As happened a few years ago, some will emerge (Sabally and Hebard), some will hit the road (Campisano and McGuire), and some will stay (Giomi). It can cause some issues, but the tactic of loading up works well for many staffs. Rueck likes a smaller roster, but he has also been directing much of his focus to 5-star recruits. It’ll be interesting to see how he closes out this class, and I think it will be with an international recruit.

Any school that gets two 5*s per year, every year, is going to be a national contender. That would give you a roster with 8 5*s, with room for a few Hamblins and Gulich's as well. Scott is getting really close to that, with at least one 5* in every recent class (although one of those, Andrea, has yet to see the floor).

It just wasn't that long ago, while resurrecting the program, that Scott was recruiting 4 star players that the truly elite programs wouldn't fight for. Now, his recruiting attitude seems to have shifted to going after the absolute top, and it seems to be starting to work. Presumably, when Talia and Greta get here, we'll have 4 McDonald's All Americans on the roster, 2 with 3 years left and 2 with all 4. That's going to be a big selling point for 2022 McDonald's All Americans in search of a college.

"That's going to be a big selling point for 2022 McDonald's All Americans in search of a college." And I'm sure everyone in the program is hoping that it will also be a big selling point for season ticket buyers !!
2022 has the makings of a big (very big) excitement season for the Beavs.....Not only will Rueck have his most impressive collection of Star talent, but Oregon could very well be stacked with talent as well.
The Pac will get lots of press, the expectations for great success will be everywhere, the Men's team may well be in the toilet - all in all, not quite a "perfect storm" for WBB at OSU, but damn near....I'm getting worked up just thinking about it!!
Coach will have a decision about what to do with Rebounder Row and their sideline seats....It's very possible that they will sell out for double, even triple, the current going price....But you gotta be careful in pricing out the long term fans that have been true-blue the past 8-10 years....
It's a great time to be an OSU WBB fan..... GO BEAVS !!🏀
