True, not everyone learns from their mistakes. But many do. So you don't automatically discount a player with prior problems, or automatically jettison someone who has problems as a member of the program. The all-or-nothing approach advocated by Sagebrush isn't the best way.
Dastrup's problems are academic-related, not conduct-related, so I've heard.
