Hope that the surgery was pretty straightforward and that this will allow a speedy and fully successful recovery!

Dr. Pennington (would be my guess) does a great job. And followup care is outstanding at the campus Sam MC. The first week is miserable. Then it gets much better.

I wish her the best and hopes she takes her time and is fully recovered before playing in games. A redshirt next year is definitely possible.

The entire team may be redshirting if Covid-19 has it's way.

Is there an assessment anywhere of the success of the surgery?

A teammate who went to visit her on the day of surgery reported to my source that Kennedy is in good spirits given the circumstances and that the procedure went well.
Send a tweet to Kennedy to wish her well at: @kennedybrown42

They have a wonderful portable machine that ices your knee 24/7 and is quite helpful, but the first week or so is really tough.

Good to hear that Kennedy's surgery was able to take place. I have heard from other OSU athletes that diagnostic tests (MRIs) and "elective" surgeries have been cancelled in Corvallis.
For Kennedy, the sooner that she had surgery once the swelling had appropriately subsided, the sooner she will be able to begin her eventual rehab and recovery.
