Yes, Nevada.
Each team had three hits. Either it was a pitchers duel or two poor hitting teams.
For the second straight weekend we go into extra's and lost. Both teams are allowed a runner at second to start the 8th. In both cases O State failed to get the runner to third and the other team succeeded. Just off the top of my head it seems Bergs teams have never bunted well.
Of the 24 outs we struck out 12 times. seven by the first four hitters. As Charles would say, 'that's turrible'.
Nevada came in at 4-10.
I have mentioned this before and still wonder if Berg has the players over thinking at the plate.
Hawaii up next tonight at 8.

What happened with the player you guys were concerned about at the beginning of the year - Frankie somebody? Did you ever find out?
