How does the turnover situation improve going forward long term? Is it the simply recruiting better players?

When ucla took back the game our 14 point lead that kinda changed things. They had quite the three point shooting spree. We shot well also. Why not use up r Trisha,s five fouls could take pressure off of taylor also.Trisha alone with her ht. would alter so many inside plays. She just isn't being trusted don't get that. Simmons played well but not a great ball handler, yet. Great effort defensively for the most part. How UCLA wins without a big is kinda weird. Them and ASU are prototype won't go to far in NCAA because of lack of ht. Beaver really had a great showing. To bad we lost.

The call on Jones clean block started an awful turn of events for the Beavers. She needs to learn how to play with 4 fouls.

Good timing for a no show by Goodman. Kept Onyenwere fairly under control but torched by Dean and Osborne. Unless they pull off a miracle and beat Stanford at Maples I don't think the Beavs are hosting 1st/2nd round games. This season has really gone off the rails. Goodman ZERO points and 3 turnovers Washington just 5 boards in a ridiculous 37 minutes to go with 4 turnovers Simmons and Jones looked terrific though

Play good position defense and make the offensive player make the shot. Don't try to block with 4 fouls, unless the coach doesn't mind you fouling out if you get a call on you.

No, she was right to challenge/ block that shot in OT. What she must learn is not to commit silly fouls, like reaching over the top, or reaching into the shooter, rather than keeping hands vertical. Silly fouls and reaching will get you in trouble every time. She will learn.

Now I'm really glad I missed it, too bad but watching this now average, or slightly below team implode isn't what I want to observe. Sorry state of affairs to see what was a rising team slide off the rails. Just don't see them winning another 2 games, playoffs and big dance, might be embarrassing to watch. Sigggggghhhhh

Agree on her committing silly fouls earlier in the game. At least two of those.

There was certainly an over the back call or two that it was like “Taylor.....WHY?!?!” She had seemed to be doing a pretty good job of staying out of foul trouble for a while, but it seemed to have worn off over the past few games, which has been even more convenient without Kennedy.

You are off the bandwagon. Let's not take shots at a group that is really down right now. The Beavs led by 14 in the third quarter on the road against the #8 team in the nation. I am sure that they are hurting right now. No need for us to pile on. Just don't watch or complain if you have given up on the team.

UCLA is the worst 3 pt shooting team in the Pac-12 this year and they shoot 40% in this game. The Beav's are just snake bite this year.

I watched the game. Refs made several bad calls. The fifth foul on Taylor was clear a block shot. The offense foul on Mik wasn’t even a foul, eventually she got foul out. Pac-12 officials are very poor, not anti-Beav, just bad at officiating basketball; inconsistent, mystery calls (Pivec’s 4th), and missed calls. I don’t think they’ve cost us any games this year though. Cut down on turnovers and officiating is a non-factor.
