Jack Meggs, #4, is on my list of jerk week players. When he got a base hit in the top of the 9th, he stood on first base and dropped F-bombs right and left. Beaver fans near me complained aloud that the were kids in the stands who could hear this. I have no idea why the first base ump didn't toss his a$$. What a POS.
Today's game was a great comeback for the Beavers. Once they got the starter out, the wheels started to fall off for UW. One of the best wins at Goss in quite a while. And a hearty welcome back to the 2006 players who made it out to Corn Valley for the 10 year celebration. Thank you, for what you did all those years ago.
