Making quite an impression in UFC.
There's gotta be an easier way to make a good living.

Interesting route he went with to try to get in. I think UFC ignored him so much, that he had to find a way to get their attention.

Unforunately, these days in the UFC you have to have a personna to make money and get the fights you need. While the sport is highly entertaining in my view, people seem to be paying to see poor sportsmanship and antics. The non-sport side of the business has gone too much along the lines of Professional Wrestling! From what I hear from those in the know, Covington is not like his UFC persona in real life. I believe it. He never seemed to act like a chump when he wrestled for the Beavs.

He turned heel, because Dana White was gonna drop him. His style was too boring. He gets one more fight against a Brazilian in Brazil, beats him, calls all Brazilian people filthy dogs in the ring during the post fight interview, and just kept adding to it.
Act or not, he does get in people's heads. No shame in losing to Usman. I don't know anyone that can beat him right now.
