Jr. Mariah Mazon pitched a complete game. Gave up hour hits. Two of which were homers; ouch. first of the year for the staff so there's that.
She had a homer, double and two rbi herself. When she started as a frosh I noticed she was allowed to hit here and there and I thought wouldn't that be awesome if we had 'one of those' on our team. The kid that can pitch and hit. Seen some good ones at the WCWS. She's off to a great start in both areas.
Jr. Missy Nunes hit a 3 run hr and Frosh catcher Val Pero hit one as well; solo.
Super Soph Franke Hammoude not in the line up again today.
Tomorrow - same bat time, same bat channel, same bat team.
Edit at 4:39pm est Mazon did not homer today. She had two RBI with a sac fly and double. My bad.
