No info from me, but, hopefully, she is just resting. She is the franchise. Of course, the Beavers should handle SUU without Frankie. If she isn't in the lineup for the next game, I will be really worried. The early lead helps the stress level with Mariah pitching.

That 5th inning hurt. Second and third, one out, and no runs. Ouch. Yep. They have two unearned runs. Discouraged that we scored one run yesterday against UNLV and have only one today. We are starting four frosh which may be part of it but with runners at second and third and one out in the 5th two of our top players pop out to catcher and ground out to third. If we lose this game it's not a good sign. If we lose to Southern Utah in a baseball game it's a 'that's one game' perspective but a pac 12 softball team losing to a directional school is not a good sign of our talent. Hope I'm wrong. |

Officially worried about Hammoude now. Last 3 innings were prime for a PH appearance, and she didn't appear.

After three games I see similar problems as the past. Two unearned runs and 2 hits. We get 9. Our fundamentals will give us a similar year to last. I do not know why we cannot score more runs against a foe well below us in ability. I don’t buy excuses either. Someone said we started 4 fresh and where is so and so. Who cares. It is what it is. If we were playing top 10 teams in this tournament I could cut some slack.
