They were more aggressive than us. We also faded in virtually every match! Best get in shape and more mentally tough! It looked like we didn't want to be there!

I didn't see it, was out with family. Got on line at half time, just before 165. Props to Bakersfield, they came to wrestle. I had a feeling they'd get this win. CSB wrestles Tree today, then we wrestle Tree on Sunday. Be interesting to see how it shakes out. If we drop both duals, that will be a 0-3 conference dual start. I don't know the last time that particular stat has happened.

middleweights are just a hot mess right now.

At least we know that H. Willits will come back in at 57 and give a big boost. Meek should probably be down at 149. He's just getting worked night in and night out.

65 - it appears that they are counting on Olmos continuing to develop, he needs to make a Devan Turner type of leap next year.
74 - I guess with Romero not making it into school, McKinney keeps the seat warm until Ein Carlos is ready.
84 - isn't looking pretty behind Doyle. Hope we find someone for next year.

On the positive side- Kaylor and Grant Willits have been improving as the season progresses. Great to see that. Stigall is entertaining if anything and still just a soph. We could have a nice top half of the lineup next year.

Don't forget 157. Two Freshmen are 2-11, 2-5 respectively in Meek and Murphy. 1-2 in pins for vs against. That is before this weekend. Meek was pinned twice. Doesn't appear to be back to 100% after his injury. Not bagging on these guys but being a D1 starter is tough business. Also RS Hunter is having an effect. Hopefully that move pays off next season.

Getting pinned in a dual meet is tough to come back from in a team race perspective. 3 decisions = 9 points, 1 pin = 6. It becomes a numbers game that you can't come back from eventually.

My guess for next season
57 - Garcia (RS Frosh)
65 - H. Willits
74 - Carlos (RS Frosh)
84 - McKinney or new guy?
