The Beavers are currently projected by most analysts to be a #2 seed and earn the right to host the first two rounds at Gill again in March.
The first reveal will take place tonight during the halftime of the UConn-Oregon game.

Beavers projected #3 seed in Fort Wayne Regional, #9 overall. Seems very fair as of this point in the season...

Please no more Louisville in their path. Getting their butts kicked 2 years in a row has been enough.

IMHO... even though SR and OSU have had consistent postseason success for 5 years I feel like they are treated like the unwelcome guest. They aren't seen as part of the elite club... Louisville, UConn, SC, ND (I know not this year), Furd, Baylor, MissSt... etc. Which I get as those teams have somewhat owned the women's game. However, even though ucks haven't had as much overall success they seem welcome?! It's why OSU needs a stirring finish to the season or they'll be a 4th or 5th seed placed in a tough bracket.

I really don't think there is a single team in the NCAA that OSU cannot beat. There is just too much parity. Ducks certainly owned us thus far in this current season, but beating a team 3 times in same season will not be easy if we get another shot. Too soon to worry about the Ducks with the AZ schools coming into town. One game at a time.
Bottom line: PAC-12 teams are going to do damage in the NCAA Tournament (again).

Wow... so how do you defend or argue such an ambiguous assertion? I guess the old anyone can beat anyone covers your belief? But, for example... they lost to the ucks twice, so IF they play again OSU COULD win. If they lose then what? If they played again they COULD? If they don't play again they COULD HAVE? Guess you'll never be wrong. Guess any team COULD be national champs.

Oregon obviously proved it against Louisville and Arizona State, South Carolina proved it against Indiana and Mississippi State, Baylor proved it against South Carolina, etc. Louisville beat the ucks, so IF they play again the UCKS COULD win.

Having a loss doesn't mean OSU could necessarily beat any team in the NCAA. Orange goggles may make it seem so, but call me more pragmatic. The problem with some who post here is that they think someone who sees a team's limitations isn't a true fan. I just don't see this team as an E8 team... and that was before losing TC. But, doesn't mean the season won't be successful... or I won't be wrong.

I block all posts from baseba1111. Not worth my time to read or respond. I recommend you unblock him ... Among his many posts are a bunch with which I don't agree I find his approach sometimes a bit coarse and even condescending BUT I learn something about perspective - his and mine when I read his posts. If you can tolerate the occasional irritation, you can glean some info and a different look at some things. Just my 2 cents.

With baseba1111 you must weather the fury in his words to find the meaning in his words.... Sometimes the fury is greater than the words, usually not.... At least that's how I see it.... GO BEAVS !!
