Here's an older scouting report. He's now listed at 6'6" and 195 lbs. Top 500 prospect according to Perfect Game. He was already hitting 87-88 as a 15 year old, seems like a lot of room to grow.
Side note, Andy Peterson is an infield coach for Okotoks. I guess I hadn't heard that.

Prospect Update: Listed at 6-foot-3, 165-pounds. The 2022 right-hander is the son of former big league pitcher and Okotoks pitching coach Lou Pote. Connor was dominant over the past two seasons as a bantam with the Dawgs. High ¾ slot creates good arm-side run on the fastball, gets on top of the ball well keeping it down in the zone. Loose and easy arm action with repeatable mechanics, lands closed throwing across his body, good overall feel and mound presence.
2019 Projection: Pote is geared up for a big year in 2019, with another year of strength training under his belt with the Dawgs, we would expect to see him looking bigger and stronger this spring. With his combination of size, athleticism and stuff on the mound, he has what it takes to be one of the top pitching prospects in the country.

Hope he saves the top end action until he gets to campus and puts on the Beavers uniform! MLB Draft for top icks can be pretty enticing !
